Please don't be as dumb "w" and continue the program to build a new and improved bomb! We have more of the old style than all of the other countries in the world. And have the ability to destroy our planet. So why do we need bigger & better?Another crony getting a Billion$$$ pay off?

There is to much of an threat today to have someone make more bombs of mass distruction.

No more nuclear weapons. Even one nuclear weapon is too many. We are the only country in the world who has ever used atomic bombs and yet we fear everyone else. Imagine what they are thinking about us? We need to lead the way in stopping the proliferation including making more bombs ourselves. Choose Peace and negotiation instead of war mongering.

Just from one bomb exploding history has shown that more than 100,000 babies are subsequently born with birth defects. End nuclear proliferation once... and... for all!

Stop giving Nukes to Israel and stop making them we already have to many. Bombs never spread freedom or liberty. Cut the defense budget and send that money back into into space and education budgets where it belongs.

The United States has been the only country ever to employ nuclear bombs. The cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were totally destroyed together with hundreds and thousands of civilians. Close the borders, especially with Mexico. so dirty bombs don't get brought in. Work with the U N to get cooperation. Don't build any more, we have enough to blow up the whole earth now, and we are going deeper in debt by the minute.

As an individual who has been constantly aware ofthe problems of the nuclear age and as one who has lived with too many wars, I really want to emphasize how much the leaders of our nation must work to keep the A-bomb from being used again in conflict. I think that our country should show it's own concern by reducing the number of such weapons in our own arsenal. I believe this is the only way we can get reduction in other countries.
