Cover the Great Divide in Kids Health Care

Cover 100%, full-spectrum health care for all children all the time. In 2007, the All Healthy Children Act would have done just that, plus cover the care of 19 & 20 year-olds who were children in foster homes. It would have also created the appropriate infrastructure for getting uninsured kid covered from one of several programs, depending on the child's needs. Bush would've vetoed it. The cost of 21 days of war in Iraq would cover each uninsured kid annually. More at ConvergeColorado.org
