Support Human Rights in the Himalayas
The next president should advance human rights in the Himalaya region of Asia by supporting the nascent democracies of Bhutan and Nepal and pressing China for Tibetan self-rule.
Nepal isn't yet a democracy... we'll see on April 10th whether or not the Royals will let the people have their say in Nepalese government.
