They say we need to get a commitment from the next administration. It looks like CAP, as well as almost everyone else on the planet, has given up on the current Administration.

We've all got to hit the ground running on Global Warming ASAP when the White House movers pull the truck out of the driveway in 2009. Looks like you guys have a pretty good plan to make that happen. Bravo!
