Want to know what bloggers abroad are saying about America's presidental election? Check out Voices Without Votes, a project of the excellent Global Voices Online.

From Iranian blogger, Armin Sanaaei:

"In this election, because of the status and the power of America, someone who wins it can have a positive or negative effect on the life of every person all over the world, so in fact the people, who elect the president, decide instead of all mankind and I think that decision-making of the minority instead of majority can’t be fair."

I myself hope that Americans elect Barack Obama as the president of America and next year Iranians elect Khatami, and then we can wait for good days."

And for a view from Down Under, here's what Australian blogger Terry Flew has to say:

Aside from the Democrat primaries, the major talking point in the U.S. this week is whether the United States is losing ground in the global economy. This is different to the question of whether or not the U.S. economy is in recession (or 'slowdown' as GWB prefers to put it), but is rather about whether the U.S. is losing the competitive race against the emergent economies of East Asia and the Middle East, and indeed to Europe.

Finally, via Haitian blogger kiskeacity a calypso tribute to Barack Obama:

Thanks Mark!
