Make corporations cooperate and reward hugely good new fuel developments

Shut corporate tax loopholes for any company not doing EVERYTHING it can to fight global warning. Reward new techniques and fuel types that conserve, especially very high mileage cars and non-food type biofuels (e.g. algae, grass), with focus on those that produce least carbon. Reward conservation rather than just punish overusage. Huge CAMPAIGN to encourage people to support those who conserve - use social pressure. Fund training for new jobs for people threatened by loss of jobs.
