Lots of little things, one big change
Solar tax credits, tarrifs on imported fruit & vegitables , manditory installation of solar panels on all new tax payer funded buildings, tax on plastic grocery bags, tax credit for grey water systems, tougher junk mail laws, ratify Kyoto!
