There must be an alternative to using oneupmanships of force to settle disputes. I, for one, would support renouncing veto power in the United Nations Security Council provided everybody else in it does the same. Otherwise, who can blame a nation or group for wanting nuclear weapons. After all. Who wants to be the next Iraq.
