Legalize It

Tax it. Quit wasting money incarcerating high people and letting drunks run free. No one has ever overdosed on marijuana, people drink themselves to death all the time. Prohibition doesn't work, it just generates a much more lucrative market than the legal one. Just ask the mafia.
