A Declaration of War!

The next President should ask Congress for a formal Declaration of War against Al Qaeda and all of it's ancillary groups anywhere in the world. Today (02-01-08) I read of terrorists strapping suicide bomb vests onto two young Downs Syndrome women and directing them to outdoor Pet & Bird Markets where the terrorists REMOTELY detonated the bomb vests, killing 73. The young women never knew what hit them. You don't negotiate with, or accomodate murderers like that, you kill them.
