There is so much loot in the Offices of the Military and the Pentagon, if half of that were appropriated to Humanitarian Efforts and Global Peace, we would lose nothing but half the enormous contracts of grossly expensive military vehicles, tanks and weapons. We would have our soldiers lives and limbs to gain, and most welcome, friends of nations around the world.
