Ending the Cold War

The always fresh-thinking Steve Clemons, proprietor of The Washington Note, director of the American Strategy Program at the New America Foundation, and friend of OD1 discusses normalizing American relations with Cuba. Watch the video. The case is certainly compelling. Cuba, says Steve, is the only place in the world where the Cold War is still ongoing. Fifty years of the embargo has not done much to open up Cuba. Maybe it's time to try something new?
