While the US Constitution is great, it was limited by 1700’s tech: a representative form of govt. composed of a fixed group of politicians involved with every issue for a fixed period of time made sense when communications traveled at the speed of a horse & there was no practical way to have lots of citizens directly participate. Now, reliably identified, part-time citizen “crowds” can make better, more democratic decisions than full-time professional politicians: www.WeThePeople2.org.
