My thoughts on Nuclear Proliferation...hmmm. We saw first hand the effects of nuclear arms during WWII.It was our pilots that dealt the devastation. Since then we have testing bans signed, S.A.L.T 1 and 2 Talks,START 1 and 2 along with numerous others. What have they amounted to ? We now have other countries manufacturing their own...when does it end ? After we have successfully destroyed life on this planet..along with the planet.
