Wild Fires

One of the major reasons we are seeing extensive fires in the west are the condition of the parks, etc. After the clearcutting of the 1800's, the realization of our blunder and the replanting. We took a hands off approach. The old growth forest had a very different under the canopy than today. Lets call for the non-fossilized means of underbrush removal in the national parks via a public works program. Put people to work a decent wage.
