Prevention funding in public health has waned since the 1980s, and is one reason that Medcaid, Medicare, and charity care costs are so high across the board. By establishing an executive order to fund prevention, across all communities (and truly fund, not underfund or cut), long-term costs will be reduced extensively and our citizenry will truly be healthier.

Encourage better nutrition by suing the Fast food companies and advertisers for an Obesigenic Foods Settlement, just like the tobacco settlement against big tobacco. These companies have addicted our children to foods that are causing an epidemic of "diabesity." Since almost every disease asks for a rise in fruit and vegetable consumption why not prescribe it as part of medical treatment ($10/week?)before the damage is done! We could reimburse produce purchases or make the aisle half price too!

If we stop spending the great amount of money it must be costing to spray chemicals all over the world, I am sure we can find a great amount of funds for healthy and beneficial projects. This is a very secret project, but it is obvious it must cost a lot of money to criss cross the globe with the amount of daily spraying that is evident by simply investigating the skies by looking up, checking out photos from around the world and being aware.
