I have a detailed plan for automated school cafeterias that with field to fork integration and the economies of size would save money and save lives. All the food is catered off site and sent in cello wrapped, vacuum packed sleeves to the schools where automated dispensers keep it hot or cold and create portions according to the choices students scan in as they arrive in the morning. We could have a national competition for recipes. Baselines could be given to students, and parents; rewards too.

America must conquer unemployment, obesity & immune dysfunction, & illiteracy--quickly. Do this: (1) pay stay-at-home mothers of kids under 7 survival wages, more for caring for neighborhood kids; (2) study Quebec's universal daycare & adapt; (3) tax soda pop and processed foods to the max--it worked for smoking--(4) legislate excessive electromagnetic radiation, & (5) make tv & computers a no-no for kids under 7. Make parenting a good job & get rid of major toxins: all America will benefit.

End the massive subsidies on corn. Our corn subsidies distort trade and unfairly harm agriculture in developing countries, not to mention fattening up the nation on on high frucrose corn syrup and beef raised on grain.

As an advocate for public health education, I would want the President to boost publicity about the National President's Challenge - a nationwide physical fitness program aimed at getting kids, teens and adults living healthier. This year will be the 52nd year of the Program, started by Eisenhower and it's no secret that the country is in need of a fitness/healthier lifestyle boost. Let's unite the country in good health!
