Implement a nationalized health care system and strengthen separation between church and state.

Doing good with your faith in mind is good. Volunteering with your church? Good. Government paying for faith-based initiatives is BAD and unconstitutional. The government should have no dealings with religion. It should encourage volunteerism and social service in all its citizens rather than restrict its help to faith-based organizations. (Kids should be raised to volunteer, but that's a different rant.)
