Tax owners of cars with 6 and 8 cylinders, and with high emissions. Push for tx credits for hybrids. Abandon the ethanol program, and push public transit. Tax those who drive in the centers of large cities.

wind and solar power, more energy efficient cars, more hybrids; they end emissions from cars stopped at lights, that means far less fuel used per minute of every day, reduced dependance on foreign oil.

get everyone informed on what exactly global warming is and ways to prevent it, maybe to pass some new laws for our environment and start by lowering tax rates, and health insurance. Then take the next step in creating a hybrid vehicle plan.
