Begin a program that would require all youth, male and female to spend 2 years doing public service work right after high school - for either government agencies, the park system, non-profits, or the military. They would gain valuable work and on-the-job training experience, provide much needed help to our ailing government-supported agencies and create a sense of pride and purpose in the country again.

Initiate an incentivized public service plan that engages Americans in community service on unprecedented levels for the first 100 days.
