On day one the President must confront the looming issue of ener. If we don't fix that then nothing else matters because we won't have enough sources of energy to power our industries, planes, shipping, the list goes on. We need to drill for gas, oil and coal and build new refineries and nuclear power plants. We knew this a decade ago and yet our politicians fiddle while America goes belly up. McCain or Obama and Washington need to leave us do the right thing: get energy from anywhere!

I would like to see term limits on Congressmen/women and the same for the Senate. It is a primed house that does not change so we are stuck with the likes of a Ted Kennedy for decades. I also want the moral atmosphere in politics to improve. The corruption must stop and the pork barrel spending needs to be halted and my taxes spent in ways I want it spent. My state is all democrats and the liberal atmosphere contributes to major problems including crime. This kind of majority needs to end.
