We need to start thinking in terms of what consumption in the world is sustainable. Like the half-baked idea on ethanol production that cost more energy than it produces from corn...when we should have followed Brazil's example with sugar cane (or sugar beets). If we don't make a major shift in thinking and economic development in this country and the rest of the world, we are all going to suffer from the consequences in lack of energy needed and lack of food and items for people to prosper.

Day one of the new presidency should include a meeting of the Presidents closest advisors to discuss how to turn the countries economy around by generating a new economic sector based on alternative/renewable energy production and distribution!
