Youth

We need to develop leaders. My idea for improving leadership is to mentor every youth in providing their unique service/gifts in the world. We need to develop leaders with vision, and ones who use their life experiences to heal and to inform their actions for a world that works for everyone. Mentoring is a partnership, each enriches the other. Can you imagine everyone in such a relationship-each facilitating the heart /spirit of another to step forward as their unique gift to the world?

On the first day of the new president, it would serve us all well if he would put some infasis on the rest of the world and living with the rest of the world and how we plan to coexist. We want to rekindle the spirit of our population. It is extremely important that we recognize the brains and the importance of our youth.
