What if ALL bullets and their shells found at crime scenes by CSI technicians could be traced back to whoever purchased them? Use Microstamping to put UPC (Universal Product Codes) on them, and give ALL bullet buyers a a special credit card to put elelctronic tracking on the bullets, and by scanning the found bullets and shells UPCs, we could immediately trace them back to the person who bought them, a BIG gun crime deterrent that could save countless lives in the process.
