Lower speed limit to 55 MPH. Set higher fuel efficiency requirements. Bring back the electric car. Government subsidies to expand and support public transportation. Close coal burning power plants. Heavy taxes and fines for polluters. Stimulate solar and wind alternatives. Offer tax incentives for green construction and upgrades in businesses and homes. Tax dollars to universities and entrepreneurs for green technologies and solutions. Appoint stewards of the earth to all government positions.

Appoint heads of the DOT and the FAA that would weigh environmental concerns, both on the ground and in the air, as much as, if not more than misguided economic concerns. Ground operations of jets at airports are polluting the air quality for those downwind. Take immediate action to address this issue.

The Navy is currently trying to win the right to train in a U.S. marine sanctuary using sonar so powerful that it kills endangered whales and other sea life. This is an abomination and should be outlawed.

To many laws are in place solely because they violate christian beliefs. give us the freedom to make our own decisions over our minds and bodies.
