Stop giving Nukes to Israel and stop making them we already have to many. Bombs never spread freedom or liberty. Cut the defense budget and send that money back into into space and education budgets where it belongs.

Find a way to stop the War on Terror & restore habeus corpus, civil liberties, privacy, and freedom to travel and stop all the 'secrecy'. If we allow today's 'temporary tyranny' to last for decades or generations, the people risk becoming acclimated to it no longer recall what life was like when there actually was freedom from govt intrusion. Secrecy allows abuse of power and corruption. Lead by example. Restore US dignity. Democracies must accept a certain amount of risk to ensure freedom.

Technology is evolving at a rate that alienates legislative solutions. Many bills nurturing ethanol as a solution are in the works, but ethanol itself needs more scrutiny before it is thrust into the market. We citizens can be a better engine for accumulating good practices to drive the market. The government should emphasize our role building good industries with our wallets, instead of prompting unthinking consumption to drive the economy. The best solutions are made, not bought.

Proclaim that the USA will, for as long as the sun shines and rivers flow into oceans, live in PEACE AMONG ALL PEOPLES AND IN HARMONY WITH NATURE and begin converting the "military-industrial complex" to peaceful institutions and functions, such as education, health-care, and the restoration of Planet Earth's ecological and/or biological integrity -- for neither "EVIL" or IGNORANCE can ever be eliminated with bullets or bombs, or armies or wars.
