harmful economic policy conditions

I am giving my two cents here but I do not want to be part of the contest. As I could not make the trip even if I won.I feel if we can make the jobs needed to create and explore more alternative clean renewable energy,our economy will fallow with strides in improvement! Without a clean environment nothing else matters as we will eventually cease to exist! As for the war, I agree with you it must end as timely as possible, and again being energy independent will prevent any future wars.

While strides have been made in fighting global poverty, we need to change our trade and fiscal policies toward developing countries, so that these countries really have a shot at reducing poverty & empowering civil society. The next president should also seriously work on canceling the debts of impoverished countries without harmful conditions. Much of this $$ was incurred by dictators or illegitimate regimes. In the end, it's the people in these countries who languish in poverty .
