War on Drugs

Show the World America is out the Business of Immoral Wars

1-10: Get America's footprint(s) out of Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan & the rest of the world. 11-20: Drastically reduce the Defense Budget, cutting back all secret camps, bases, prisons, sites, etc., (1000) from wherever; and, demand transparency in all appropriations; no transparency, no appropriations. 21-30: Stop "the war on Terror;" instead, allow law enforcement to handle such "crimes or inquiries." The war on Terror is like "the war on Drugs;" Neither has worked effectively.

Buy Afghanistan's farmers' poppy crop

Just as the USA has bought off the Sunni resistance in Iraq, the solution to the opium economy in Afghanistan, with its links to internal corruption, the Taliban, the 'War on Drugs' , and the 'War on Terror', is to use whatever increased levels of military personnel the new administration introduces into Afghanistan to provide security for model programs of buying up (and ultimately destroying) the poppy production of all the farmers. It sure beats crop eradication for creating good will.

War,Pot

Don't stop the war. Get the facts of why we went there...Though I didn't vote for you I will stand behind you and support you actions as I have with all of our Presidents. Please look at marijuana laws/reform and go forth to legalize it,it is safer than liquor and regulate it as alcohol. It mellows people out, Stephen King, lawyers and judges and law enforcement smoke. How many families have been ruined by pot vs alcohol. Thank You and Congratulations

End the War...not just in Iraq...

STOP THE WAR ON DRUGS! It is a war on our own people and a tremendous waste of taxpayer dollars. Where has it gotten us? Prisons are overpopulated, the economy is in ruins, legalization and regulation of controlled substances is a better solution than putting millions of otherwise innocent people in jail. Legalization would reduce crime!
