Commute any new death sentence the minute it is given. Remove cap on SS taxes. Impose stiffly progressive tax structure. Stop US arms sales around world, stop nuclear weapons & plant construction. Intro one child policy legislation & incentives for no children. Increase spending on human needs. Restore progressive foreign policy.
