The present awakening awareness of mankind's aggregate effects on the world ecosystem in which we all live, needs to expand to the disposition of industrial toxic wastes in a responsible manner. School needs to teach how the whole system is affected by our activities including making materials nature cannot recycle; we need to thus recycle them ourselves. So, develop solar powered entropy-reversing systems for reprocessing discarded industrial products.

SATURATE THE SUNNY SOUTHWEST WITH SOLAR PANELS, AND BEGIN TO DERIVE THE COMPLETE ENERGY NEEDS OF OUR COUNTRY FROM THIS CLEAN ENERGY SOURCE (this suggestion was the subject of an article in the Scientific American journal withing the last 18 months).

Immediately begin saving our Earth. Require all new construction to be solar powered with solar panels and other green energy appliances and systems installed. Allow a tax incentive for existing home owners compliance to green energy. Make all government buildings convert to solar power and other green energy systems. Finally stop subsidizing big oil and allowing them to hold the American people hostage by continuously raising gas prices until they were allowed to drill in coastal areas.

Solar energy can be one of the best ways to reduce our dependence on oil, coal and natural gas because it is: -completely clean -almost cost-free, after costly solar panels are made -not environmentally harmful,unlike hydro-power, wind power, and nuclear energy. -possibly the future number one provider of electricity for all homes, other building, and new electric-powered cars -not environmentally harmful to produce like ethanol, and does not increase basic food prices like ethanol
