Restoring the Constitution

Executive order announcing the transfer of all Guantanamo Bay prisoners into civilian jails within 7 days, and either release or arrainment in civilian courts on charges pertaining to laws in force at the time of their arrest within 30 days. Seriously, they've been there for 7 years now, if the Government doesn't have enough evidence to give them a fair trial it never will.

Start dismantling the extra-Constitutional structures set up by Pres. Bush, and begin investigations into all those involved in them. This includes wiping out the illegal wiretap program, and letting the public know all details of what was done with it, then initiating criminal proceedings against those involved. It also means closing Guantanamo and 'black' prisons overseas, and exposing these programs to public scrutiny.
