an end to war

The U.S. economy can be sufficiently stimulated with a new industrialized conversion of factories for the mass production of solar panels etc. much like the mass production which took place during the world wars. It would boost our economy and free us from our insatiable appetite for oil. By doing so, it would send a clear message to the rest of the world that we are the leaders in pursuing alternative energy sources and therefore would no longer need to occupy Middle Eastern Muslim nations.
