Let the Federal government be the employer of last resort. This, along with a REAL living wage, will effectively end poverty in America. Let the 'free' 'market economy' have to compete with the 'Inherently inefficient' government which it feels so superior to for the same workers. To help pay for this, have a 90% marginal tax on all personal income over one million dollars per year. Let these workers work on an alternative energy infrastructure which this country is going to sorely need.
