Help American people to make fewer mistakes through understanding and emotional clearing

The well informed rationality of Americans in general is key to our well being as a nation. Understanding other people, and being freed of discordant emotions, would help American people to make fewer mistakes. Two recent systems in particular show promise to enable these things: the Jungian-Temperament typing of people and their unique characteristics (16Types) and an unobvious but high efficacy emotional straightening simple process (EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique) are working examples.

A paradigm shift in the system of delivery of energy to vehicles

Transportation needs really innovative re-thinking in terms of time and energy efficiency, beyond hybrids. The system of delivery of energy to vehicles could use a paradigm shift, to minimize the energy storage capacity required in vehicles, for example. Vehicles used only on streets could receive energy from distributed electrical (converted to low VDC at delivery point) or mechanical techniques (power transfer from continuously circulating steel bands along streets and freeways.)

Focus on maximum health efficacy protocols that work to maintain health, not fix illness primarily

The American health care system has tied itself up in knots. Too much focus on R&D solely to maximize business income in the healthcare industry, has terribly lost focus on the principle of maximizing well-being of Americans. Also the old principle of seeing if something works or not through unbiased appropriate testing, has been forgotten, in favor of building on known science brickwork guided mostly by profit, a crooked trail indeed. Instead, focus on maximum health efficacy protocols.

Even the impoverished could put in a few hours a day of practicing some useful skill, via internet

People in poverty are capable of doing useful work, even if it is not currently the conventional 9-to-5 job at some company. Businesses and corporations do not consider it is their function make jobs for everybody; so some other entity needs to fill in the gaps. Use of telecommuting via internet can save immense resources of time and energy, potentially enabling even the impoverished to put in a few hours a day of paid practicing some useful skill, contributing a tiny bit to the GNP too.

Get serious about responsibly developing transportation structures that are supported primarily by their internal kinetic energy

Clean solar-energy-sourced electrical power delivered 24/7 economically from Satellite Solar Power Stations in GEO, along with mass-spectrometer total recycling in GEO, could become very economical given a suitable transportation system between ground and GEO. Rockets can't do the job. Get serious about responsibly developing transportation structures that are supported primarily by their internal kinetic energy storage, despite corporations having other agendas for their profit.

Develop solar powered entropy-reversing systems for reprocessing discarded industrial products

The present awakening awareness of mankind's aggregate effects on the world ecosystem in which we all live, needs to expand to the disposition of industrial toxic wastes in a responsible manner. School needs to teach how the whole system is affected by our activities including making materials nature cannot recycle; we need to thus recycle them ourselves. So, develop solar powered entropy-reversing systems for reprocessing discarded industrial products.

An ever updated internet-accessible display of detailed needs, natural resources, and human resources

America can set an example by taking on an identity that is set by the people of America, within the constraints of the Constitution. This "entity" could be an ever updated internet-accessible display of detailed needs, natural resources, and human resources, and have that entity set up employment situations to apply the national human resource base to approach supply of those human needs shown. Then let those businesses run themselves, ever mindful of their place in the larger picture.

Let's pledge to protect Iraq if attacked, ask for favored customer status in return, announce their self-determination.

Iraq is an example of how America can get into a mess, let us learn the correct lesson from it. The foreseen desperate need for a continued friendly supply of oil to power America that uses 25% of the worlds energy but has only 3% of oil reserves, could have had well-meaning for real excuse to attack Iraq, known to be a pandora's box once opened by eliminating Saddam's regime. Let's pledge to protect Iraq if attacked, ask for favored customer status in return, announce their self-determination.

Appropriate level of action

Most people have a sense of appropriate level of action, as well as a sense of fairness. Countries need to acknowledge the sovereignty of other nations, and expect the same from others. America has enough nuclear weapons readied to destroy anywhere in the world, probably wipe out all life in the Earth; and has other WMD types too. Do not use more force than was originally applied to yourself, or maybe only a few percent more. Display respect for other nations, and expect respect in return.

Re-evaluate "terrorism"

Re-evaluate the definition of "terrorism" back to the original meaning, that of deliberate activity to generate deep fear in specific people or areas, so as to drive them do what the terrorists want them to do. "Retribution" may seem like terrorism, but is of a different mentality; they are just "getting even" instead of trying to herd people to follow a specific course of action while in the irrational survival mode of fear. Thus, terrorism and retribution are treaded differently in rationality

Evaluating parameters of terrorism

Some of the most careful evaluation and data gathering needs to be done to detect cases where the first party masquerades as a third party when assaulting a second party, intending to have the second and third parties assault each other in response, leaving the instigating first party with little resulting damage while bringing on easy large scale damage to the second and third parties. Another parameter needs to be in this evaluation system, that of degree of "monsterizing" of the adversary.
